Interested in joining the Beyond Robson team? Today we're continuing our push to round out our editorial team - we're looking for writers for all our coverage areas including food, fashion, music, arts, film, the environment and general and random news about Vancouver. Keep reading for more details on current openings, what we offer and how to get in touch with us.

Here are more details about the editorial coverage areas in which we're currently looking for writers:

Food and Restaurant reviews
- Restaurant reviews
- Information on opening and closing and random restaurant news
- Fun and interesting food and drinks found in Vancouver

Fashion and Design
- Random Vancouver fashion news
- Coverage of fashion shows and events
- Fashion Store Profiles
- Design shows/events, news and store profiles

The Local Arts Scene
- Anything arts-related except Theatre, Books/Lit and Dance
- General local art news and happenings
- Non traditional art, graffiti, street culture
- Art gallery scene/openings and art gallery profiles

The Environment
- Vancouver environment news, events and happenings
- Profiles of local green activists, organizations, services and retailers

Music
- Music news, review, previews, artist profiles

Film
- Local film news and coverage of local film festivals

Random Vancouver news
- General and random Vancouver news coverage
- Might include things like transit, the Olympics, poverty/homeless, real estate, development
- Things you hear about or see on the street, bus etc.

The above are just general guidelines. We're definitely open to and interested in hearing your thoughts and ideas on what you'd like to contribute in any of the above areas.

What can you expect as a member of the Beyond Robson team? Here' some of what we offer:
- Pay. Yes, we do offer some pay. Pay is based on the popularity of your posts which we're able to track with out web analytics software.
- Access. As a member of the media we'll help you get access to all the events and people you want to attend/meet.
- Support. Your own Beyond Robson email address and business cards. Plus support and collaboration (when desired) from the rest of the Beyond Robson team.
- Eyeballs. Get your writing read and your photos seen. Beyond Robson is arguably the most popular blog about Vancouver.
- Tickets to the Olympics. Actually, we can't guarantee you that but we'll let you know come 2010.

2. How often you'd like to contribute (it must be a minimum of once a week)
3. Information about yourself - how long have you been living in Vancouver and anything else that you think we should know that qualifies you to write about this stuff
4. Links to any previous writing, blogging or photography experience
