Weekly Heads Up on the Arts Scene - 5

It seems like the city is channelling its creative energy into Halloween festivities, because there is not a lot that caught my eye this week in the galleries.
1- Not to be confused with Beyond Robson, "Beyond Redemption: Gay Erotic Art" opens at the Belkin-Satellite gallery tonight (555 Hamilton Street, 8 PM) and promises to give a thrill. It's a group show featuring Stephen Andrews, AA Bronson, Brice Canyon, Evergon, Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Attila Richard Lukacs, and Donald Moffet.
2 - Protean Picasso continues until January 15th at the Vancouver Art Gallery. I still haven't seen this, so I think I will make a point of checking it out while everyone else is fighting over costumes at Dressew.
3 - Finally the Vancouver International Storytelling Festival is next week, from November 3rd - 5th at various events around the city. Not to be missed.
Don't forget that Sean's got you covered as well. Looks awesome!
