Hey Sam, do you think a housing crisis is a solution for Vancouver's citizens. Do you think more people on the streets will make Vancouver a safer place to live.

If you are pissed off at the NPA or you are worried about Vancouver's housing crisis. Then go to COPE's Annual Issues Conference. This will also be an excelent opportunity to speak to city officials about issues that concern you.

David Eby, a lawyer with the pivot legal society, will be speaking about Canada's poorest neighborhood. Vancouver's DTES. David co-wrote a report on the housing crisis in Vancouver, Cracks In The Foundation You can check out his report here.

November 4, 2006, 1pm to 5pm at the Kiwassa Neighbourhood House, 2425 Oxford Street. Get involved with your city. You can make a difference. As cheezy as it sounds it is true!

For more information contact Gina at 604-255-0400 at COPE's head office.
