Umbrellas

Seeing that it's been wet on and off lately I finally decided my umbrella that has 3 exposed metal spines is terribly unfashionable (not to mention an eye injury waiting to happen).
What is it with the sea of black when it comes to umbrellas for guys? I'd like to know why the umbrellas for the ladies get all the cool designs. Unfortunately usually the designs on umbrellas for ladies are overly feminine for my tastes, especially if you happen to hold a hip position in one of those downtown offices.
So it was with great joy I discovered these wonderful designs for guy umbrellas that add a splash of flavour while maintaining a strong sense of masculinity. They're made by Ingra and are relatively inexpensive. I must thank the kind stranger who overheard my above rant about the lack of cool designs for guys and suggested I check these out.
You can find them around town at the various hat and umbrella stores but the word is they're cheap at The Bay which is where I picked mine up for $15 regular price. With the Bay always having scratch n save and the currently running boxing week type sales I'm sure you could get it cheaper.
Now if only they'll make grown up sizes for that wicked cool spider man webbed umbrella I had as a kid, I would tell you to go and buy that.
Please, if you're a guy (or a girl) go and get yourself a different umbrella so it's not just black umbrellas in the rain. Don't you think it's depressing enough with all the rain?

Undoubtedly on the wet west coast, the umbrella symbolizes an imperishable and steady rain companion.
Une nécessité.. like an extension of your right arm. Can't do without... it can be votre meilleur ami!
