I have learned in many years of dealing with artists to detest creativity. Actually that's not me, that's the Lord Chamberlain, Lord Cromer in Mrs Henderson Presents - as played by Christopher Guest (who really is a lord, but you probably knew that).

Anyway, this is just by way of a heads' up for the screening of Dame Judi Dench's t&a show at The Park Theatre, Sunday 24th, 4pm. Tickets are $10 and 100 percent of the proceeds go to Vancouver's Performance Artist Lodge. That in itself conjures up quite a picture, but apparently it's not just for aging performance artists, but creative types from all the performing arts. Which must be a good thing. I was going to post a pic of Dame Judi dropping her draws, but perhaps it's best left to the imagination...

Thanks for the mention - PAL Vancouver, though, stands for Performing Arts Lodge, which encompasses more than performance artists - performing artists and allied trades.

Hope many can join us for this delightful film.
