Photo Feature 27 April 2007

Good morning dear readers, and apologies for the tardiness of my posting. Things happen, what can I say?

Today (and just like every Friday) we’re taking a time out to shine the shiny spotlight on two of the great photos from your Beyond Robson Flickr group. Remember that any photo submitted is fair game so if you would like to feel the warmth of the shiny spotlight get your rear in gear and submit some photos!

A minor announcement before we get started: May is gonna be exciting. So keep your eyes peeled on Tuesday because that’s when you’ll find out what I’m talking about.

Anyway, on to the photos! Today’s theme is “signs, literally.”

2. Evil by sp_clarke

First is a creperie sign from Chandra4042. I feel like I should know where this is, but for some reason I can’t place it. Anyone help me out with that? At any rate, I chose it for the texture and tone.

Second is a defaced sign from outside the art gallery, taken by sp_clarke. I have no idea why I dig this so much (might be because I like roman numerals) but I do, and that’s why I chose it.

As per standard operating procedure I’ll be sending a note to our featurees letting them know their in the spotlight, but for now let’s all applaud their work!
