Photo Feature 20 July 2007: Themeless

Good morning ladies and germs, and welcome to your photo feature. Today and as always we're pointing the shiny spotlight of fame and glory at two of the best and brightest photos in the Beyond Robson Flickr group, which is open to submissions from anyone in Greater Vancouver to submit photos of Greater Vancouver. If you'd like to see your name up in lights either here or along with one of our other many articles every week, start submitting!

Also this week, remember Beyond Robson's open call for new header images. Chosen images will be in rotation at the top of the page for several months at least!

And now, on to today's photos.

On today's left is Greetings by Jaako, which is a bloody brilliant composition from the Aquarium. A touch cliché perhaps, but the best version of this particular cliché I've seen so far this year.

On the right is The National 2 by langdon_alger. Admittedly, I have a weakness for performance photography, but this is still a brilliant photo of The National's Matt Berninger.

Standard Operating Procedure dictates that I now let the photographers know that they've been featured and that in the mean time we all applaud their fine work! Woo!
