The guy behind the incredibly successfuly Waiterblog has called it quits and is now up to more food at Urban Diner. I looooove the slogan "Sushi grade Stephen Colbert seared rare witha Julia Child reduction." Delicious or what? The point of starting fresh with Urban Diner is "new writers, interviews withchefs and front of house bigwigs, reviews, cocktail and wine recommendations, the whole kit kat and gamut." I wish I wasn't honest enough to use quotations because Ilike how he writes.

It's not coming out officially until the fall but tomorrow is September so that's coming up fast. Bookmark it, I'm sure your taste buds will thank you.
