Bake For A Change...

This post isn't about the Terry Project.

However, if you're not familiar with UBC's Terry Project, I'd recommend checking them out. They're an interdisciplinary group doing some pretty cool things, but their website can spell it out better than I can. And, I'm just tired...

What this post is about, is gingerbread houses. Particularly sustainable gingerbread houses.

This non-profit contest hosted by the Terry Project, asks everyone (not just students) to put their hard work to the test to learn about sustainability, and deliciousness.

You can check out the website here to get some ideas before you get baking. The deadline is December 31st, so there's still plenty of time to rock those housing skills.
