Springtime Clubbing

Only two more hours and it is March. I am SO stoked. I tried to keep my mind on the silver lining but this was one hell of a winter. Hopefully, we'll have one hell of a summer

But I'm in no hurry to experience the sweat and fraps of summer 2006. Between now and then there are so many killer parties that I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the spring showers and tie my dancing shoes on tight.

Next Saturday Tommie Sunshine will be coming to town. He was here on Thanksgiving Weekend and it makes my stomach sieze to think I spent that night sleeping (I did happen to be in Montreal though). If you like electro you better be there. Representing the progressive bloc we have Behrouz, Satoshi Tommie, Nick Warren and the love of my life, Hernan Cattaneo all coming in March. There's also Junior Jack, Deekine, Lawnchair Generals, Stanton Warriors, Tipper, Miguel Migs, Andy Caldwell, David Guetta, Ladytron. And then there are all the local DJs with their weekly parties.

The only sadness that will accompany the waxing days is the fact that 300 West Hastings is no more (shut down by the cops and fire marshall last weekend). A terrible tragedy to my weekend showdowns.

So, just one last stretch of gloom and drizzle and then it's back to sunlight and tan lines (unless you're up for Wreck). Vamos!
