Electro Got the Shaft. Twice in Four Hours.

If it hadn't been for The Presets I probably would have cried myself to sleep on Wednesday. Within four hours I received two bombs: The Gecko Club is changing ownership and giving Dicht and DAMAGE (and Focus) the boot AND
Animals is getting euthanized.

The two news flashes resonated against my worn-out eardrums so loudly I could barely hear Silent Shout while getting ready.

After a bit of a dry spell I began experiencing a new sweet spot. It all culminated in the few weeks after my return from BsAs: I had a place to hang out on Thursdays, a new venue to party like a maniac on Fridays and do it proper like the hedonist I had always wanted to be on Saturdays. And then there were Sundays....

I'm not sure what I will do for fun on weekends and I certainly don't know what I'll write about now.

However, I did go a fabulous after party on Wednesday. It was hosted by the Saturday crew (the kids that used to party at the Marble Arch on Saturdays make their home at Library Square). The awful soundsystem notwithstanding, it's awesome. I think I might infiltrate.
