The Makeout's BCSPCA Fundraiser Dance Party Tonight

If you're like me, every Wednesday you're probably trying to find a legit enough excuse to go out, get hammered, dance 'till you can't feel your legs anymore, and show up at work Thursday morning hung over, or better yet, still slightly drunk. Well, tonight you can make your dreams come true by attending the BCSPCA Fundraiser Dance Party presented by The Makeout!

The Makeout hosts its usual Wednesday night mayhem HEREIHAM at The Royal Unicorn Cabaret with DJs Sincerely Hana and Dani, but every penny of tonight's cover charge will be donated to the BCSPCA's End Animal Cruelty campaign. The BCSPCA is the only provincial animal welfare organization authorized to conduct animal cruelty investigations. However with inadquete animal protection laws and lack of governemnt funding, their attempt to end all animal cruelty in BC is challenging.

While we wait for animal protection laws to change, one way we can all help is to make donations to the campaign. Tonight, making a donation doesn't get any easier when you're also guaranteed to have a ton of fun. So tomorrow morning when your eyes are slightly glazed over while you're standing by the photocopier, and your boss furrows his eyebrows at you, you can tell him that you were out all night saving animals.
