Around the World and Back Again

Thats right! Take a sick day, put on the yellow spandex, and grab those robot masks because our favorite 90s French duo Daft Punk is back, again.

Only this time, their spirit is being resurrected in the form of anthems, remixes and edits rather than a silent visual of two robots on a quest to feel alive. True, this may just be another cheap substitute for the band not coming to town themselves but frankly, these days I will take what I can get.

The Feburary 2nd event, held at our beloved new Biltmore Cabaret, features DJs My!Gay!Husband! and Hana bringing fans the final installment of the venues We Heart Daft Punk event. The promise is an evening of high-energy tunes that will make your heart beat 90s Electronica for days.

The doors open at 10pm and tickets are 10 dollars, sold at the door only. As per expected for such an event, the Facebook invitation read GET THERE EARLY, TICKETS WILL SELL OUT. I am not one to believe the hype these invitations hold but with a confirmed attendee list of 730, I would take them seriously this time.

Oh yea, have I mentioned the Daft Punk photo booth? It will be around too.
