Fix Homelessness? Pay $250 Million says GVRD. God, it just makes economic sense, nevermind the obvious duty we have as human beings.

Meanwhile, the BC Economy is set to expand 3.2%, so its not like we can't afford it. And the federal budget surplus was something like 11 billion dollars. . .
