More awesome Taser action.
VPD: Gang members keeping low profile since creation of anti-violence unit. And my rock that keeps away tigers seems to be working too.
Bussing homeless not a popular idea in Tri-Cities. Homeless not a popular idea in Tri-Cities. And they spelled busing wrong.
Recovery house plan riles local residents. Man, I could just insert this headline every couple of weeks into Morning Brew and you wouldn't even notice. What is wrong with people?
We care more about trees than people.
Vancouver named a top `smart' city. I know it's scary, but when doing these surveys, you guys gotta go down the Granville Strip on a Friday night. Those are some dumb people man. For every David Suzuki there's like 20 Province reading Bridge and Tunnelers who still think Global Warming is a myth.
Coast Mountain Bus Company Gives The Finger to Commuters and Greenhouse Gas. No ambiguity in that title.
Raincity acquires Bryght. I'm sure that means something to somebody.

Quote: "The known gang members that we're interest in and their associates are not as available as they usually are. That was very expected, that's the point of this program."
Say, what? That's an interesting comment on the intent of the program - do you think they sat outside in full dress uniform with the lights flashing for a good 20 minutes to give ample warning? If the point of the program is to make these people go further underground, isn't that ultimately self-defeating? Is this really about optics, or about catching these people? Gotta wonder. I suppose we can expect a news conference in the near future proclaiming the astonishing success of the program.
