Lunch Break: Is Sala Thai your next business lunch?

With the Victoria Day long weekend now behind us you're probably getting down to business right about now, sorting through all of your tasks and wondering where your next business lunch will be.
Sala Thai's Burrard Street location is a good option for lunch with colleagues, potential clients and even your mom when she comes to town. The prices are reasonable for a casual dining environment that borders on having a formal atmosphere.
Be sure to arrive early or call ahead to reserve a seat as the line-up at the door can eat away at your lunch hour rather quickly. Once inside a wide variety of Thai favourites await you in portions that look small at first glance but are enough to get you back to the office without having to worry about a mid-afternoon food coma hitting you.
The evening crowd is a little different than the lunch scene. The restaurant feels more formal but yet it does not really give off that "let's go on a date here" vibe but if you are planning on going to the theatre after your meal it is something to consider.
