Gastown Snowball Fight
So if you happened to be following BR's brand new feed on Twitter you would've been alerted to a tweet that read simply, "Epic Gastown Snowball Fight! 3pm, Water and Abbott". And lo and behold the power of social media, the same made famous in Mumbai, transformed the tranquil corner into what can only be described as epic. About 50 locals spent their coffee break forming allegiances based on whatever side of the street you were on as onlookers gawked from their offices above. "Twitter this you fuckers" I yelled out on one of my fly-by attacks. I even dedicated one to Trevor but I got beaned in the face! Oh and you can't tell in the video but I got beaned a couple of times making that video. Also, there was a pirate there.

damnit. recommending this makes me a liar. apparently the video is no longer available so i haven't seen it, i just pushed the wrong button because it's early morn & i'm an idiot.
and yes, totally going to make a stink about it because just reading "epic snowball fight" and what it entailed, not being able to see it really makes my thursday morning that much more dreary.
c'mon! who DOESN'T want to brighten up their day with total strangers beaning each other vehemently with snowballs?
thursday morning travesties come in all different shapes and sizes.
