Threats against IOC head? Have you guys never heard of Google? Its a reference to a rap group for Christ's sake.
Hospitals' secrecy thwarts research into quality of care.
"You can get information on the Internet to compare quality of restaurants and hotels but not publicly funded hospitals in B.C." Yeah, maybe we start going for a star system. That way the rich could all stay in 5 star hotels hospitals while the people who obviously deserve health care less can go to the medical equivalent to the Balmoral Hotel, or if you're lucky a HoJo.
Credit Check: "More wonderful Vancouver real estate carnage bliss. If you're one of the knobs who bought into the crappy cardboard condo on Sophia and 11th, this is what you get for trying to move that far East. Stay in your Kits".
How Will You Spend Your $100? "Carole Taylor has said she's using her $100 to buy new running shoes". Nikes. From China. That will get here faster because we're expanding Deltaport. And it'll get to her fave shoe store faster because the freeway's getting widened.
The argument for density. No no, we get it that density is a good thing, nobody's ever denied that. In fact, we've championed it long before Sam was on the scene. What we are concerned with is the free reign it seems to give developers. But then, I suppose I an architect wouldn't have much to say about that.
Industrial land crisis threatens Metro's wealth and livability. Man, I feel like I'm trapped inside Sim City.
Lovers Quarrel "And the best part of all is that the NPA don't have any requirements that you have to live in Vancouver to vote at the nomination meeting. Hope there's bus parking in front of Heritage Hall...." Good to have you back Vancouver Kid.
Natives approach NDP to take lead on legislation. "Campbell has rejected their demands to enact legislation this spring to back up the "new relationship" he promised in 2005". At the risk of being completely insensitive, isn't that Indian Giving?
5 minutes for Darrel Mickasko. Inquest into death of homeless man needed.
Flour prices hit bread basket. Get ready for Peak Food y'all.
Roll up the rim to wince. Buzz Bishop on un-recyclable, mass consumption.
Dispute brewing over Vanoc's wood harvesting. Although to be fair, and you know my fastidiousness when it comes to fairness, it looks like Vanoc can't get enough locally sourced wood under that particular certification organization.
Vancouver Tourism: Shit on Car. You guys are going to do the Steam Clock, right?
Not only do the Oscar's figuratively suck the life out of you, they impeded lung transplants too.
